March 23 2016 – Kids might be a little extra wild today. The moon officially turns full this morning and if you ask any educator, they will tell it truly has an effect on the little ones. First responders might tell you that in general as well. Combine a few days reaching the 70s, spring fever jumps a few days ahead of Easter Break. Good luck with all of that! I wanted to ease your troubles with a look at the top full moon photos across our region as the Worm Moon rose last night. This often signifies that earthworms become more active as a start of the growing season. Below is a look at the next cold front that should hold off the rain until Thursday night and Friday morning. Temperatures will reach the 70s for two days, then drop into Easter Weekend.
Note: The Cherry Blossoms around the Washington DC Tidal Basin will reach their peak today. A nearly perfect day to play hooky and check it out. I hope to have pics to show from area photographers.
